Refund Policy

We strive to provide you with quality products, while all sales are final, we offer exchanges under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Exchange:

The product must be unworn and in its original packaging.
You have 14 days from the date your package was delivered to request an exchange.
No exchanges will be honored after the 14-day period.

Exchange Process:

To initiate an exchange, email us at Roseilient.co@gmail.com with your order number and request details.
Exchanges can only be made for an item of equal value that is in stock at the time of the exchange request.

We are not responsible for lost/damaged packages caused by shipping services. Any issues concerning lost/damages must be filed directly with the carrier through a shipping claim.
